BODY INQUIRY

 Safe / Empowering / Non-judgmental

Body-inquiry is a process that helps you reconnect with the animal body, unwind stress, and cultivate long-term resilience. In this process, we use gentle somatic engagement, breathwork, and other supportive modalities to nourish your whole being. Together, we explore tools and practices that make you more aware of physical sensations and other aspects of your experience, revealing their connection to your thoughts, feelings, actions, and intuition.

The body plays an active role in shaping your boundaries, desires, and personal expression. It is the bridge between your internal life and the external world. I guide you to develop a relationship with your nervous system and the energetics that support it in a safe, respectful, and curious way.  The process puts you in touch with new insights and practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges with more ease and clarity. By engaging in body inquiry, you can expect to feel more relaxed, grounded, and free. This offering is an excellent companion to talk therapy.

"There is a vitality, a life force, an energy...that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist... The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open."
