PSYCHOTHERAPY

 Safe / Non-judgmental / Confidential

I practice eclectic psychotherapy with a body-centered focus to help you develop an uninterrupted sense of self. Together, we explore what it is like to be in an experience, to expand and transform the experience, and how to create a ripple effect that improves your experience with others.

In my work, I guide clients to combine the personal insight gleaned from traditional psychotherapy with somatic, mindfulness-based, cognitive, and relational tools to promote positive change. The body-centered inquiry may be paired with breath and meditative practices as well as trauma-informed somatic counselling. My clients leave equipped with accessible tools to support them between sessions.

Think of therapy as a space to dive in deeper into the you of you. In our sessions, you'll discover an environment free of judgment and expectations, so come as you are. My role in this process is not prescriptive. Instead, I assist you in cultivating your own versatile approach for navigating life's complexities.
