I offer eclectic psychotherapy with a body-centered focus to help you develop an uninterrupted sense of self. This approach, often called somatic therapy or body-based therapy, supports you in reconnecting with your body, emotions, and mind. Together, we explore what it is like to be in an experience, to expand and transform the experience, and how to create a ripple effect that improves your experience with others.
In my work, I guide clients to combine the personal insight gleaned from traditional therapy with a blend of somatic, mindfulness-based, cognitive, and relational approaches to promote positive change. The client-centered counselling may be paired with breath and meditative practices as well as trauma-informed counselling. My clients leave equipped with accessible tools to support them between sessions.
Think of therapy as a space to dive in deeper into the you of you. In our sessions, you'll discover an environment free of judgment and expectations, so come as you are. My role in this process is not prescriptive. Instead, I assist you in cultivating your own versatile, body-based approach for navigating life's complexities.
I offer online psychotherapy in Toronto and in select provinces across Canada. For clients in other parts of the world, I provide support in the form of holistic, mind-body coaching.
