HEALTH COACHING
Accessible / Holistic / Non-judgmental
Let's take care of you. By tending to your body's needs, you can experience a deeper sense of peace, connection, pleasure, and relaxation. I help you make sense of your body's intricacies through education, supportive conversation, practical advice, and resources. Together, we explore foods and herbs that calm and strengthen the nervous system, help you incorporate holistic practices that support your body, and develop creative solutions for mindfully managing stress while you live out your magic.
My aim is to help you feel nourished, at peace with food, well-slept, energized, and happy with your gut. Often, we rely solely on our minds to face life's challenges, overlooking the invaluable support our bodies offer. When we prioritize our thoughts over our senses, we may unintentionally disregard essential hunger and sleep cues, suppress gut feelings, and push ourselves beyond our limits, making it more challenging to feel good. My integrative approach empowers you to befriend your body and your being so you can engage with life more fully.
